Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Delivery Time:

  • USA: 7-9 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.


Tracking:

  • A tracking number is provided via email once the order ships.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipping confirmation.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Items can be replaced within 14 days if defective or damaged.

  • Contact customer service with a photo/video of the issue and your order number.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items marked "Final Sale" or "Last Chance" cannot be returned.

Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Packaging: Safely pack the product(s) with original packaging and include the RMA number.

  4. Shipping: Ship the product(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • In the event of damaged or defective items, contact customer service with photos/videos of the issue for a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Last Chance"

  • Gift cards

  • Used or opened products
