Damaged or Defective Items:

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Sale items marked "Final Sale" or "Last Chance" cannot be returned.
Process:

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Packaging: Safely pack the product(s) with original packaging and include the RMA number.

Shipping: Ship the product(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
